How long will it take to process my order?

We kindly ask that you give us 2-3 business days to prepare your order. This does not include time in transit and is regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

Yes! Please email customercare@moonshinehatco.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our facility we are unable to make any changes.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. We'd love to work with you on a custom project. Please email Customercare@moonshinehatco.com

What is your return policy?

All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. In the case that we do not accept a return it will be sent back to the customer.
